[Feature Request] Command to shuffle all tracks

Bug Description

When you use the shuffle command it says there arent any song on queue even tho there arent.

Idk what to type here

To shuffle the queue

The shuffle command only shuffles your tracks in the queue. Should this be a feature request to shuffle all tracks, no matter who requested it?

Because I don't want to create an issue that would potentially be exactly what this would be for; I, at least, would like to request there at least be a toggle for shuffling all tracks.
