it keeps on saying windivert.dll was not found but it is in the file and i reinstalled 10 times

maybe install the exact version of windivert as a given windivert.dll file in the folder if you replaced with another file. and if you didn't, make sure the windivert.dll in the same folder as clumsy.exe. run as admin. check if ur folder isn't like me (RC3 -c)
