Continuous read often stops. #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Chrome, visit google.com.
2. Position the cursor immediately after the search box.
3. Press CVXO+R to start continuous read.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the page to be read. Instead, only the current element is spoken 
and reading immediately stops.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ChromeVox 1.20.1 on the latest Chrome beta under Linux.
