High contrast extension not working in chrome for ubuntu #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install high contrast extension for chrome
2. Try enabling the extension

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should make the whites black and blacks white, not sure that is how it 
works, so in general, should convert the pages to high contrast.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome: 18.0.1025.168 (Developer Build 134367 Linux) Ubuntu 12.04
OS: Ubuntu 12.04 64bit

Also, doesn't work in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, the Lucid Lynx. Please fix
