Move wro4j-examples projects to a dedicated repository #774

The wro4j-examples does not make sense to build as part of the wro4j project 
itself. Also, the number of example project can grow up very fast. Moving all 
the wro4j-examples projects to a dedicated git repository would simplify the 
maven profile configuration and would make examples evolve independently. 

Probably it would make sense to add newly created wro4j-examples repository as 
git submodule to the project original repository.

Moved the sources of wro4j-examples to the new location and created git 
submodule: https://github.com/wro4j/wro4j-examples
