ignoreMissingResources property from wro.properties ignored when using maven plugin #790

Some of the properties defined in plugin configuration override those from 
wro.properties (ex: ignoreMissingResources). This make the configuration 
confusing.

This issue was discussed by a user on stackoverflow question:
