Problem with incrementalBuildEnabled in maven plugin #791

When I delete the created css file and add a newline to the less file no new 
css file is created. 

Expected behavior: new css file (associated to the bundled group) should be 
created.

The maven plugin checks for changes only inside resources referred in wro 
model. 
Closing this issue with WONTFIX resolution.
