Merges develop -> master

Tests run and passed Package metadata updated README updated

This merge adds: 1) Intensity as a percentage 2) Various bug fixes and code cleanups 3) Support for LES turbulence models 4) Support for parallel gmsh meshing 5) Other minor changes / updates 6) Increments to version 1.14.0
