If someone changes his cf handle( dihaj to jahidem ), then the previous cf handle becomes unusable for fetching standings. Still It's valid while fetching his profile page using old cf handle( https://codeforces.com/profile/dihaj ) . But again the public api( https://codeforces.com/api/user.info?handles=dihaj ) gives "handle not found"
