Permision request "notifications" optional #251

Describe the feature

An option to not show the permission request 'pop-up' when opening the app for the first time. I don't use the notification option at all, so it's probably confusing for the users who open and see the permission request.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Is it possible to include it in the AndroidManifest.xml?

With a <!-- TODO: Remove comment marks to enable perhaps if notifications are enabled?
