Singleplayer and server inconsistency #4

The double jump enchantment functions differently on servers than in single player. I don't know the cause but there are other mods in the pack. there is a sound effect when jumping on the server and it also double jumps up ~3 blocks, but in single player there is no sound effect and each double jump is only 1 additional block.

completely my fault but it seems the discrepancy was for a different mod that added it's own enchantment with the same name

however it does seem that the server isn't properly reading the config, re clinging wouldn't disable even when set to false
