Move to List Redirect Issue #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Academic Manager's View, Go to Teaching Assistants tab
2. Try to upload an excel file for the first time
3. Then Click on 'Move to List'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be directed to the Teaching Assistants Table. Instead, AT TIMES, in 
the first attempt, it is redirected to some intermediate php page.

Its probably a server issue. Still lets look into it.

We are not able to locate this exact issue. Since its not actually restricting 
any functionality and the user can always go back and upload the file again, we 
won't be taking any action on it for now.
