Restricted access to web pages #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User trying to access a view that he is not authorized to access. 
2. Copy any page's URL. 
3. Paste it on the address bar.
4. It opens up the web page. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The user shouldn't be able to view the page. This is working only for Academic 
manager's view and not for other user. Please implement it.

The code snippet used in Academic Manager's view to restrict the page access 
has to be added to the other pages as well according to the session.
It can be done as and when we get the time and access to remote desktop
