Selecting the last course in Available courses

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login as TA
2. Navigate to 1st year courses TAB
3. Select the last course displayed as one of your courses for TAship 
application.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Course should be recorded in your form instead some garbage values are going 
into the form  i.e. the last record is not being recorded properly .

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

There is some issue with the php code in that file. Its not reading the last 
selected course. All the courses above it can be selected easily without any 
issue. 
Lets review its source code once again.

Yes and this shall be resolved soon. For the time being , working with all 
other courses is perfect.
