UI issues on TA - BTech Advanced

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as TA
2. Navigate to Courses > BTech Advanced Courses
3. Hover on Courses menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. The menu that drops down when we hover over Courses is different from how it 
is displayed on other pages. Please see attached image as reference. It should 
be in a single column.
2. Log out icon is on top of the title. It should be in the corner.
3. Tabs are on top of the SmarTAlloc logo. This should not happen.
4. Search bar is narrower. The width should be uniform throughout the website.

As I said in the previous issue, these pages are not ready yet. You can view 
and select all the courses from btech first year page itself.

We looked into this error. The issue was the same as previous one. 
We have fixed it anyways. So hopefully there shouldn't be any problem now.

For your first point, We have removed the drop down and are showing all the 
courses in the same page in the current version.
For the Second, third and fourth Points - this is similar to issue 19.
