TA can select One course as 1st, 2nd and 3rd preference #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in as TA
2. Go to the courses tab
3. Select a single course as all three preferences
4. Submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should have given an error that you should not be able to submit 1 course as
all three preferences, instead it allows the user to submit it.

Alternatively, radio buttons can been used instead, it would automatically
restrict the choice.

@Nikhil - Thanks for reminding us about this problem. We are already working on
it. Rest assured that it'll be solved real soon.

@Sampoorna - That's a good alternative. We'll try doing that. Hopefully it'll
work.

@Sampoorna: We rejected the idea of a radio button as we cannot uncheck a radio
button once we select it. In a row, yes you can change it from 1st preference
to 2nd or 3rd BUT You can't completely unselect that course once you've
selected it intentionally or unintentionally.
