Log out option for instructor #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log in as an instructor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: An option to log-out gracefully
Actual: Can log-out only by closing the window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

We noticed this error earlier as well. This is happening because we are using 
our own database. Once we sync with gmail, we hope that this issue will be 
addressed.
And if you still want to remain signed in, please check the 'Stay Signed in' 
check box in the index page, you'll notice that you're not being logged until 
you press the log-out button.
