Can add blank courses #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log in as admin
2.Click on add a record
3.Leave all the fields blank
4.Click on submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Either error message displayed or the entered things are ignored
Actual: Course added with enrollment size and tas required 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7,google chrome
