Ungraceful error handling while admin uploadin files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login As Amin
2.Go to teaching assistant tab
3.click on upload without selecting any files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should remain on the same page after showing the error., but after showing 
the error it redirects to a new page on which it is written Error1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
