Dual Role of Admin

The TA Allocation Coordinators - Dr. Astrid and Dr. Vikram - have dual roles.
They may also be instructors for some given course in a semester.
We need to modify their view for them so that they are able to update their 
course information and requirements.

Also, do need to provide special permissions (like those of the other course 
instructors) for them for this task?

Definitely. I was thinking that rather than giving them two different id's for 
different views, we can actually give them an option to change their view as 
they need in the website. They'll be having admin rights so they can easily do 
that.

@Jahnavi: I looked into the code. We'll provide this functionality once we give 
the gmail access to our website. It would simply ask the user whether he/she 
wants to login as admin or instructor. It would be available in the later 
release.
