Results Page Not throwing caution #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as TA
2.Click on the results tab before they are announced.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output was to show me that the results have not yet been 
announced. It instead shows me an empty table with no names, etc.

I'd suggest you go through the issue tracker for an existing issue before 
posting it
