Removing Student from TA List not updating other records #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as TA
2.Make and save Preferences
3.Login as Admin
4.Delete TA from TA list
5.Go to preferences tab in admin
6.Partial information of that TA is still visible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would have seen the whoel entry from every page get 
deleted. Instead partial information is still available.

Ideally it shouldnt allow deleting of TA from TA list once the preference 
process has started. If you are giving that functionality, the partial 
remaining records should not be there.

In our process, the TA cannot be deleted after he/she has filled the form. We 
assume the TA to be final. Please refer to our BPM which we'd mailed you with 
the login access.
