Unclear Label #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in as Professor
2. Navigate to My Course
3. Look at the application form

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The label 'TA(s) Request' is not very clear at first. Consider renaming it to 
'TA(s) Required' or something.

We have already confirmed it with instructors and they are very clear about the 
specific point that it refers to the actual teaching assistants request. 
We won't be changing it.
