Duplicate Course Selection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as TA
2. Navigate to BTech Courses
3. Select 3 Distinct courses
4. Click on Save and Move to Form

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can see that Software Engineering as my course preferences on all three 
fields. Instead, I should be able to see the courses I actually selected.

In case this is an old selection, the option of selecting again, and filling in 
Tools, Languages Used etc should not be made available, or it should reflect 
the changed preferences in the second stage of the application form.

In fact, even if I select only one, or no courses, I can see Software 
Engineering in all the three fields in the application form.

We are asking guys to have a look at the issues list before putting in a new 
issue. This is the exact same issue as the previous one. 
Please refer to my team member's comments on issue 34.
