Disappearing Page Element

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as TA
2. Navigate to Results page
3. In the 'Your Final Allotment' box, click on the small information icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The blue box disappears. Nothing should happen when you click on the 
information icon, and it definitely should not disappear.

@Sampoorna: This doesn't affect the process in any way. And frankly this 
doesn't even qualify as a bug. We won't be fixing this.

I don't think solving this should be hard, since I noticed this issue on only 
the Results and Availability pages. The rest of the pages are fine. So maybe 
you should take a look at the other pages and modify your code for that page 
accordingly.

Moreover, bugs include all aspects of the system, including security, UI, 
scalability and functionality. Anything that doesn't work the way it is 
supposed to, qualifies as a bug.

Its a bug only when its not working the way it should be. Closing that blue box 
won't change anything. A user can close it if he wants to. No issue.
