Cannot View TA Application #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as TA (Monika)
2. Navigate to BTech Courses
3. Navigate to Application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First, when I go to BTech Courses, I can see only a blank white page saying 
'Your have alreaady submitted your choices'.
Then, when I go to the Application to review my Application, I cannot see any 
preferences.

Let us assume that the user had not filled in anything. Should submitting a 
blank application be allowed? It doesn't seem like anyone can undo that, or 
edit their preferences, so it may be a better idea to make it mandatory to fill 
in the choices, or allow editing them.

Sorry, the title might be a tad misleading.

Can I request you to delete the record for Monika from your database? Then we 
can test the allocation phase of your system.

This issue has been pointed out by your group members more than twice already. 
And as I mentioned before, this is because more than 3-4 members of your group 
have accessed the same TAs/admin etc. It would be really simpler if you'd done 
a proper testing with your whole group.
Instead of bombarding the issue tracker with duplicate issues you could've 
requested us on mail to clear out the database like we did.

I just went through all the issues. This has not been brought up anywhere else. 
However, if I missed it, could you change the status to 'Duplicate' and merge 
this with the issue that You feel is duplicate?
