Selection of TAs by faculties

Currently if a faculty has selected a TA then other faculties can also select 
him/her and finally the admin will decide whom to allot which TA.

If all faculties can opt for any TA irrespective of whether if some other 
faculty has chose him/her,then at the end it will become very haphazard process 
for admin to deal with. 

Shouldn't the faculties of first year be given max. and equal priority of 
selecting their TAs and then to second year faculties and so on..?

Yeah right, we should discuss this with Sir because if we are allowing teachers 
to select an already selected candidate and put this as a conflict, pending 
case , we will  end up increasing manual discussions and hence the main aim of 
our Project will be supressed.

Exactly. @Aarti, if you remember - we were doing exactly what you said. In last 
presentation, Sir asked us to change this format. @Aditi - you are absolutely 
correct.
Sir wanted to select that student he is particularly interest in. He won't be 
able to select that student if any other faculty has selected that student. His 
point is also RIGHT. Perhaps, we could ask that faculty to sort it out with the 
admin later on as there would only be few such cases and would make the rest of 
our process a lot easier.

After the discussion we had with Sureka sir, we have agreed upon allowing all 
the instructors to select any TA irrespective of the fact whether any other 
instructor has selected him already or not. 
We'll give that TA's name in a 'Conflicts' tab which would be present in the 
admin's view. They will sort it out manually.
