Add install target #12

Thanks for creating Projecteur 👍

I am working on packaging Projecteur for Alpine Linux and Arch Linux AUR to simplify my job I have added an install target to CMakeLists.txt.

Thanks that is great. Hopefully next month I will have more time to look after some of the open issues on some platforms/Desktop environments.

@TBK btw - I added automated arch linux packaging recently. I am not an Arch Linux user myself but with a docker container and an additional PKGBUILD template it was quiet straightforward. In any case since you seem to package some projects for Arch it would be cool if you have a look at the created package and if everything is in order (only tested it briefly on a Manjaro VM).
