Prepare v0.9 release

• [x] Check documentation & change log
• [x] Check if contributors list in about dialog is up to date
• [x] Add tool tips to widgets where sensible
• [x] Bump next-release version to 1.0 (instead of the auto-increment to 0.10)
• [x] Create git-flow release
