Thanks for your report. Since nothing with the packaging (done via CPack) changed this is strange. I will look into it as I am also running 20.04 and can reproduce the issue.
@holgerjakobs I could reproduce the same issue when another Projecteur instance is running. Please quit any running Projecteur instance and try to install the package again. Not completely optimal but should solve this issue.
Closing this issue. For now when installing, at least for the automatically built packages on Ubuntu/Debian:
