On some projector screens, red dot pointer is not well visible for audience. Google slides with pointer mode as mouse cursor resolve this issue by adding a trail behind the pointer, example:

Add ability to enable trail behind laser pointer.

None so far... Making pointer bigger or changing the color of it doesn't really help...
