xmpp: move to slixmpp #12

The xmpppy library is an artifact of jabberbot. Should switch to sleekxmpp. It has a huge plugin base, would probably simplify things, and is possible still active. Gonna take quite a bit of work though.

SleekXMPP is no longer maintained; it's been supplanted by Slixmpp
