Allow creation of triggers for videos/images #41

We can upload the content to the Matrix media store and just keep the mxc:// url around. Could even get fancy with this and automatically download e.g. youtube videos with youtube-dl. Not sure how to handle this for other platforms; maybe keep the original URL around as well.
