sibyl remind room tomorrow party at 6

Recurring reminders, e.g.

sibyl remind room every Monday at 8pm McChicken Monday
sibyl remind room every 1/1 Happy New Year's!

Generic:

sibyl remind TARGET [every DATE] TIME MESSAGE
