Title font difficult to read on contact page #2

I was expecting to be able to read the titles on all the pages.

In Safari for Mac v8.0.2, the banner image on http://jahsierebecca.github.io/ka-redesign/contact.html contains tones that are exactly the same as the font color, making the title difficult to read when the page first loads. See the screen shot below.

I suppose it depends on how you've got your display contrast and gamma set up.
