[ ] Player can accept quests from NPCs
[ ] Backend stores accepted quests and their progress
[ ] Completing quests grants rewards

Client data files don't appear to carry any server scripts (who would have guessed). I might be able to recycle some quests from the data files and rewrite some basic scripts (traveling between continents), but this is probably a major blocker that will prevent this project from becoming anything more than a proof of concept.
