Generate example yaml from code #137

Enhancement Summary

Examples should be created from the /tools/builder package and written to files under the example dir. The builder is used in tests so this will help guarantee that example executables aren't broken.

Additional context

See the json schema generation and tools/docsgen for inspiration.

Not considering at this time. Eventually the examples will move out of this repo
