Allow multiple local paths.

If you have multiple paths, where should we store the chat history? One thought: the first path added gets saved as the chat history location, but then it can also be set as its own config option.

Thoughts?

99% of this code is written by Claude.

(sorry had to resubmit to clean some stuff up)
