What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to install the browser, i see an error that says
"windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. C:\users\***\appdata\local\temp\setup.exe. then it loads the installer with an error. "the operation completed successfully." then it exits
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.93 vista
Please provide any additional information below.
i downloaded the itunes mobile device.dll from 9.0,im the admin and i ran as
admin, i did compatibility mode with xp, i dont know whats wrong
