Summary

Use prettier for auto-formatting the web code on commit
- Configures the git hook
- Runs the prettier write command on the web files to establish the uniform baseline
This is a step towards refining the codebase to be more uniform and readable.

Testing

Set the exit code in .husky/_/pre-commit to 1 to simulate commits.
Modify a cpp file to force the clang-format hook to act
Modify a web file to force the prettier hook to act
Remove the build directory, rebuild, launch the sim, send commands
