I corrupted the branch I was working on and attempts to clean it up corrupted the repo so I had to create a fresh clone and then re-created this test branch

Note the addition of MuiSelectTestChatGpt folder. This self contained package was created with the help of ChatGPT. It only runs from this directory. This points to a configuration issue with our environment. Probably why no other suggested methods worked.

I think the next step in solving this testing problem is to identify and correct the package conflict in our package.json file
