When change region system menu defaults back to 4.2 #3

What IOS did you use?
36 FULL Patched

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
LEH2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select System Menu
2. Change System Menu Version
3. Change Region

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Region to change and System Menu version to stay as selected / System Menu 
defaults back to 4.2

This is by design. Different regions have different system menus versions. We 
always
default to the latest version per region.

In that case I think region should be the first option, then users will select 
this 
before selecting the system menu version.

It automatically sets itself to the region the user is on. Thus, the user 
should be
more worried about selecting the correct menu and not the correct region. 
Hence, why
the menu is on top since it is of paramount importance.
