Inserters and improvement of internal structures.

Added Features

Inserters (Animated arms todo)
Crash handler

Improvements

Switched to glMapBuffer for rendering
Added Calculation of tiles to render accounts for zoom
Improved spritemap generation algorithm for less wasted pixels
Added automatic removal of chunks from logic updates

Bugfixes

Fixed some situations where items are stuck on transport segments
Fixed vibrating animations
