App mobile required different fields to manage service icon comparedo to what was documented.
Documentation for service was updated as follow:
Changed definition of Service type Removed icon field Add iconOn field Add iconOff field
Changed definition of Service type
In the meanwhile we create a new endpoint api/Service/ServiceView to returns data using the currently managed iconfiled
