Not supporting non-ASCII characters #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Copy some non-Latin characters into the phone, e.g. Chinese. You can do so by
going to a non-Latin website in your browser in the phone, say,
www.sina.com.cn, select some text and copy
- Open up the Jump Note app in Android
- Create a note
- Paste the selected text into the note
- Exit the note to save
- Bring up the application menu in the app
- Click on "sync-now"
- Go http://jumpnote.appspot.com/ on your PC web browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected: see the original copied text in the correct encoding
- Actual: question mark ('?') is displayed for each non-ASCII character instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
My phone is Nexus One running on Froyo

Btw, the same problem happens when I create a note on the PC web client end
with non-ASCII characters and try to sync the note to the phone
