Accounts doesn't go to Accounts #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In the application I hit "menu" then select "Accounts" and it goes to the 
phones "Settings \ Data Manager" instead of "Settings \ Accounts", so I can 
check "sync" for this entry in Gmail.  This is on Droid 2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Stock 2.2 on Droid 2

Please provide any additional information below.

It is also not pushing anything after I checked "sync". I keep having to select 
"sync now" in the application and wait a moment.
