Better handling of the preview window #10

Currently the extension opens the preview window in the second pane, but it may be inconvenient if the yuml is already opened in it. Need a better logic for deciding where to open the preview window. Ideally mimic the Markdown extension.

I saw the behavior is consistent with other extensions, so we are good for now
