net20 is now actually targeting v2.0 & net45-version

Hi,

Merged most of my changes with the newest version and fixed/added a few things:

• net20-solution is now targeting netfx 2.0 and not netfx 4.5.2
• new net45 introduces an async ExtractFile function for streams
• Updated nucspec accordingly.
