no more vtiger popup with issabel callcenter callback agent #2

Dear,

Thank you very much for this wonderful tutorial, with a standard configuration all is ok but when I activate a callback agent (issabel call center module) which points on the same extension as vtiger user I no longer have a popup on vtiger

i have no ring on Local/xxxxx@from-queue-00000003 only ring on SIP/xxxxxx

i guess some thing must be done on vtiger spconnector for detection , if you can support me plz
