My pull request is

USE_PGXS=1 make 
sudo USE_PGXS=1 make install

Is it wrong ?

是这样的。 USE_PGXS=1 make USE_PGXS=1 make install 一般这样安装就行了。只有本用户没有postgres的安装目录的修改权限才需要sudo 反过来也就是说，如果全部都用sudo安装，反而会污染postgres的目录权限。
